Ship a build
Staging bumps the version, cuts release/x.y, auto-deploys to Firebase App Distribution, and releases every backend to the staging stack. Production promotes a staged release: pre-flights (digest ledger, QA sign-off, E2E), then the prod deploy + Play upload workflows are dispatched. They pause for approval only if the production environment requires reviewers.
⏳ A release is already in progress — buttons unlock when it finishes.
Release run
No release running. The most recent run will appear here after you ship — if a run you started has vanished, the service likely restarted mid-release; check the Cloud Run logs.
What would ship
Commits on each repository since its last release point.

- stage currently live on stage
- prod currently live on prod
- queued — selected, not applied yet
- deploying now (blinking)
- no image in the registry — can't pin
Click →stage on a card to queue it, then Apply. A newer release is a cherry-pick, an older one a rollback.
Pick which published release each backend runs on. Only images already in the shared registry can be pinned; the rest are disabled. Queue changes, then Apply — a newer release is a cherry-pick, an older one a rollback.
